Once you sign up with NCZ you are onboarded, put together with your customer success manager and set up on the portal, so your hand is held through the entire process. You get a profile set up and a full rundown of how to use the platform and how to upload your data.
Once we have gone through the data collection process with you, we run the assessment and issue the report. Then we sit down with you: now that there is an understanding of what the footprint is and where those emissions are coming from, that conversation decides what action is most appropriate for your business going forward.
